May 2017

Another Track season in the books.
We're missing about half the team in this photo.. these were just the kids who wanted to workout with the State bound athletes.
Seniors. I miss them already even though most of them are still going to come run with us over the summer.

It snowed...

Derek went on a hike. He only made it 20ish miles because of all the snow. He didn't pack the doggles for Ragnar and we're trying to keep her eyesight healthy.

State track where it didn't rain!
My friend's son Kei racing for Snow Canyon.

Brunch with Nila at Ruth's Diner.
The biscuits are so worth the wait!

BHS Graduation. I cried.

Finally finished the floor! Derek is amazing!

Awards banquet. We got candy lei's and clip boards.
(This is Karen's.)

Food Truck rally in support for Weber County's k9 unit.
Austin came with. We did the Feedback Grilled Cheese truck.
Food was good but overpriced and the k9 unit needs more training. Well the officers need training on how to handle the dogs. The dog performed wonderfully.

Memorial Day painting with Kris.

Tour of the Meditation Chapel in Memory Grove Park in SLC.
The stained art glass windows were so well done!
One panel for each branch of the military.

They're opening it every Wednesday now to the public so seriously go check it out.

Outside is surrounded with over 300 markers for fallen Utah military service men whose bodies were never recovered in several wars.

Heroes and Villains May the 4th edition at Urban Arts Gallery

Back 2 Back RSL games

ReAL Salt Lake Women's team vs. Callgary at Davis High Friday 26th

Jaxson wanted us to do a photo shoot with JeNae's camera.
 My friend Lisa joined us.

ReAL Sale Lake vs. Philadelphia Union soccer game Saturday 27th.
My friend Shauna is a STH and was in Alaska, so she gave me her tickets so I could take my dad for his birthday.
It was an amazing game! It was watching the team that we've been missing this season.
 Birthday shake afterwards!

Jordan's First Half

Saturday May 20th.
Jordan ran his first half marathon! I ran up to the mouth of the canyon and then back down with him as a pacer/support. He did such an amazing job! He only walked a few times and with me which were only the water stops so he could get a drink. He finished 2 hours 3 minutes! Jordan raced Dave (red shirt) at the end, Dave won haha!
 Waiting for JeNae to finish.

Pepsi was handing out flags and lots of runners passed them off to Madison.
 Calli, Dave, Jordan, JeNae.

Criddles for brunch! Jordan wanted a french dip with hash-browns and got my side of hash-browns too, he was so excited.

Ragnar Relay Northwest Passage team meeting BBQ.
We tried to get Timmy to shove a whole Fat Boy in his mouth...
When you're racing for Fat Boy, you get Fat Boys...
