Usually Derek & I are with his family in Yellowstone over Ragnar's birthday, so we celebrate with a family hike & extra treats..

While driving back from Tennessee, Elise decided that she wanted to help me plan Ragnar's birthday party.. JeNae suggested the giant slip n slide, but everything else was Elise's idea. Especially the fireworks.

Sometimes they needed help from Uncle Derek to get down the big slide.

Taz couldn't hold still for a good photo. But they had so much fun playing together, and didn't care about the hats.
Hot dogs and s'mores were a must!
